The TJ Spot Pop Up Skating Rink Rental

Thank You for Choosing The TJ Spot Skating Rink for your Event Entertainment! "We Bring The Rink To You!" Please read policy entirely before booking!

Our Services:

• We bring the skates and rink to you!
• No other entertainment is included.
• Suitable for kids and adult events.

Event Types:

• Private Events
• School Events
• Corporate Events-Team building
• Birthday Parties-Kids & Adults

Booking and Refund Policy:

• No refunds after booking. You have 48hrs to reschedule.
• If it rains, you may reschedule. NO REFUNDS!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
• $100 Holiday Fee for events on holidays.

Setup and Timing:

• Setup: 3 hours before the event.
• Breakdown: 1 hours after the event.
• The floor can be installed inside or outside on a flat surface (no grass).
• Events start and end on time.
• Additional time can be added at booking or paid via Zelle at the start of the event.
• For earlier or later start times, please reach out to discuss your options.
• Availability is subject to change weekly.

Skating Guidelines:

• Skate at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents.
• Adults (18+) must sign a waiver at booking.
• Non-skaters or inexperienced skaters should not get on the floor. You may request barriers with me before your event and there will be a fee! We are a pop-up skating rink with no walls!
• If your child wants to try skating, you must walk with them.
• Skate floor times are subject to change.

Rental Policy:

• Free skate rental with rink booking.
• Return rental skates to get your shoes back. No exceptions.
• Hosts are liable for any stolen skates.
• Personal skates are allowed but must have plugs or toe stops and be clean of debris and grease.
• Socks are required with rental skates


Conduct and Safety:

• All minor children must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
• Management reserves the right to refuse service.
• Be respectful to all staff.
• No fighting, spitting, pushing, tripping, cursing, or use of weapons.
• No food or drinks on the rink floor.

Travel Charges Outside of Palm Beach County:

• 30-50 Miles: $60
• 51-70 Miles: $125

Insurance:

• The TJ Spot is a fully licensed and insured Florida company.
• We carry liability and auto insurance policy and can supply documentation as needed for your event. Please let us know in advance your event requirements.
